Dísa Andersen is a London based Icelandic actress, singer and writer. Dísa trained on the BA Acting course at the Arts University of Bournemouth. During her studies at AUB she studied singing with Paul Knight, worked with David Glass on his Devine Comedy and received vocal training under Petronilla Whitfield. 

Dísa recently finished an opera course at Söngskólinn í Reykjavík as well as studying music theory and the history of music.

Dísa studied Complete Vocal Technique for seven years, working with the vocal qualities of classical, jazz and musical theatre. She speaks three languages fluently and is a qualified scout leader. She is the head of Koffin Productions, a company focused on making feminist work with an international perspective.
